# Public API

> Reference data and lookup endpoints

Public API endpoints expose reference data and lookup values used across return-management workflows: country codes, warehouses, service types, status codes, box types, dimension/weight units, fraud reasons, and similar metadata. These responses are stable and tenant-independent — fetch them once during integration setup and cache the results rather than re-fetching on every workflow call.

Requests must include `x-rr-apikey` and `x-rr-apitoken` headers. See the [Authentication section](/introduction#authentication) for how to obtain your credentials.
