# Consolidate Shipping フロー

> Consolidate Shipping Order がお客様と倉庫の間でどのように進むか

Consolidate Shipping Order は、1 つの Return Helper 倉庫から 1 つの宛先へ在庫を移動します。お客様が注文を作成して提出し、倉庫が梱包して出荷します。各ステップは webhook で通知されます。

Shipment ステータス：`CREATED` → `IN_TRANSIT` → `READY_TO_PICKUP`。

注文の `shipTo` は宛先倉庫の住所です。[送料見積もりを確定](/ja/api-reference/consolidateshippingorder/confirm-consolidate-shipping-quote)、[出荷準備完了にする](/ja/api-reference/consolidateshippingorder/mark-consolidate-shipping-order-ready-to-ship)、[送付先情報を更新](/ja/api-reference/consolidateshippingorder/update-ship-to-information-of-consolidate-shipping-order)、[梱包タイプを更新](/ja/api-reference/consolidateshippingorder/update-packaging-type-of-consolidate-shipping-order) は `RH_WAREHOUSE` の注文を拒否します。

[Consolidate Shipping Order を取得](/ja/api-reference/consolidateshippingorder/get-consolidate-shipping-order) では、未梱包の明細は `pendingInventoryList` と `inProgressInventoryList` に、梱包済みの明細は `shipmentList[].boxList[]` の各箱の中に表示されます。

## 注文の変更とキャンセル

確定後は、倉庫のみが注文をキャンセルできます。その場合 [Order cancelled](/ja/webhooks#consolidate-order-cancelled) が届きます。

## 分割出荷

倉庫は 1 件の注文を複数の Shipment に分けて出荷することがあります。すべての明細が出荷され、`RH_WAREHOUSE` の場合は明細を含むすべての Shipment が到着するまで、注文は `PARTIALLY_SHIPPED` のままです。進捗は上記の webhook で追跡し、単発の確認には [Consolidate Shipping Order を取得](/ja/api-reference/consolidateshippingorder/get-consolidate-shipping-order) を使用してください。

## 請求

注文の `shippingFee` は各 Shipment の送料の合計です。各請求はお客様のアカウントの Transaction として記録されます。合箱手数料の Transaction については、その `apiTransactionId` で[各箱の FNSKU を一覧表示](/ja/api-reference/apitransaction/get-fnskus-of-consolidate-shipping-merge-fee-transaction)できます。
