Public API 端點提供退貨管理流程中常用的參考資料與查詢值：國家代碼、倉庫、服務類型、狀態碼、箱型、尺寸／重量單位、詐欺原因等中繼資料。這些回應穩定且與租戶無關——請在整合設定時一次性取得並快取，無需在每次流程呼叫時重新取得。
