Public API endpoints expose reference data and lookup values used across return-management workflows: country codes, warehouses, service types, status codes, box types, dimension/weight units, fraud reasons, and similar metadata. These responses are stable and tenant-independent — fetch them once during integration setup and cache the results rather than re-fetching on every workflow call. Requests must include x-rr-apikey and x-rr-apitoken headers. See the Authentication section for how to obtain your credentials.
Expect new fields. Return Helper adds fields to API responses without prior notice. Do not strictly validate response schemas — ignore fields you do not recognise.
